Privacy
What this site collects, in plain words.
Last updated November 7, 2026. This site is run by Cam Avery, a licensed real estate agent at Real Broker, LLC. It is not operated by Real.
What is collected
- Nothing, if you only read. The calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you type into it are not sent anywhere unless you choose to email yourself the result.
- If you book a call, the name, email, phone and state you type on the booking page, plus your answers to the booking questions, are sent to my customer database (Follow Up Boss) so I can prepare for the call and follow up. The appointment itself is made through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
- If you email yourself a calculator result, your email and the figures you entered are sent to the same database.
- Usage analytics. Google Analytics records which pages are viewed and which buttons are used, with IP addresses anonymized. It does not receive your name, email or calculator figures.
What it is used for
To hold the call you asked for, to send you the breakdown you asked for, and to follow up about joining Real if that is what you want to talk about. I do not sell or rent contact details, and I do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Follow Up Boss (database), Calendly (scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting) and, if enabled, Google (analytics) process data on my behalf under their own terms. Real does not receive anything from this site. If you join Real, that is a separate agreement between you and Real.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Calendly and YouTube set their own when you use the booking calendar or play an embedded video, and Google Analytics sets cookies if it is enabled. YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain.
Your choices
Email me and I will delete your record from my database and confirm when it is done. You can also unsubscribe from any email I send with the link in it. Residents of states with privacy laws that give additional rights (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah) can exercise them the same way.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS only. The connection to my database happens on the server, so its credentials are never in your browser. Pages are served with a strict content security policy that allows scripts only from this site, Calendly and Google.
